Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Each customer will receive an email with the estimated delivery date and order tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or email us at hello@fustrim.com
The shipping carrier will make two delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered to the address provided, the customer will have 10 calendar days to contact us and arrange the delivery. Otherwise, the order will be returned to us, and the shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.
If there are any errors in the address provided, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Fustrim customers have the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Once the return has been approved, the customer will have 10 calendar days to send the product back.
The customer must return the purchased product in perfect condition, without any marks of use, including all original components and properly packaged. No returns will be accepted if they do not comply with the above conditions.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except if the return is made due to a product defect or wrong product. In these cases, the shipping and return costs will be borne by Fustrim.
Spain and Portugal: 7€ return fee. Rest of Europe: 12€ return fee.
The return will be refused when the product is damaged during the return process as a result of improper packaging.
To return a product, the buyer must contact Fustrim Customer Service at hello@fustrim.com
Once the product arrives at Fustrim’s facilities and its condition has been inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded. using the same payment method used by the buyer. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date Fustrim receives the product.
