Depending on the customer’s shipping zone, the following shipping costs will be charged:
Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The estimated delivery time is 24/48h for peninsular purchases and up to 72h for shipments to the Balearic Islands. When the order is shipped from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email with the estimated delivery date along with the tracking number of the order to track it at all times.
The customer must inspect the contents of the package at the time of delivery. In case of incidence, the customer must indicate it on the delivery note and communicate it to the e-mail hello@fustrim.com.
The transport agency (MRW) will make two delivery attempts. If it is not possible to deliver the order at the address provided, the customer will have 10 calendar days to contact us and agree on the management of the order. Otherwise, the material will be returned to us and the shipping and return costs will be borne by the buyer.
We are not responsible for errors caused in delivery if the address provided by the buyer is not correct.

Fustrim’s customer will have the right to return the purchased product during a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Once the return has been approved, the customer will have 10 calendar days to return the product.
The customer must return the purchased product in perfect condition, without any marks of use, including all original components and properly packaged. No returns will be accepted if they do not comply with the above conditions.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except if the return is made due to a product defect or wrong product. In these cases, the shipping and return costs will be borne by Fustrim.
The return will be refused when the product is damaged during the return process as a result of improper packaging.
In order to return a product, the buyer must contact Fustrim’s Customer Service Center through the contact form or by email at hello@fustrim.com.
When the product arrives at Fustrim’s facilities and its condition is checked, the amount of the purchased product will be refunded. through the same payment method used by the buyer. The refund will be effective within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the product by Fustrim.
